This stuff works. Period

My 2019 Ford F250 with 100,800 miles had a check engine light come on with code P0170 and P0402. After researching these codes, one of the possible causes could be a carbon-covered EGR temperature sensor. Instead of just replacing or cleaning the sensor, I decided to try AR6400-D to reduce the carbon. The result after the 1st bottle was added, the check engine light coming on then off. After the 2nd bottle the check engine light is off and codes have been cleared. This stuff saved me a trip to dealer and what could have been hundreds of dollars that wouldn't have addressed the real cause of cleaning the carbon through out the engine

Great Product, Bad Shipping Experience

I've used this product for several years and am most satisfied with the results. It cleaned whatever was causing the CEL (most likely the 2nd pass of the EGR cooling HX), which has since cleared and not returned. However, this time my shipment sat in a post office in CT for 3 weeks, and it took me 3 e-mails and 2 phone calls to actually connect with a human who immediately corrected the problem with a new shipment. That's almost more patience than I'm going to give if it happens again.
