These bags are exactly what I wanted. QQ Studio never disappoints me with the quality of their bags. It is so nice to have a reliable company I can trust while I build my small business.

Bags were way too small.

The bags were great, but they were way too small than I had anticipated. I was looking for a 4.7”x 7.1”glossy purple bags, which I had purchased twice on Amazon in the past. Like I said, I had purchased similar products on Amazon and I have not had any issues with the products. Perhaps, I chose the wrong size of bags when I placed the order on your website. First of all, I got to know about your company through Amazon. So I thought I order the bags directly from your company with the expectation that I would get a better deal, but that wasn’t the case here. I would love to exchange the bags with the actual bags that I had in mind , if that’s possible. I wouldn’t mind paying extra for the bags. Also, I’ll be adding the actual photos of those bags to this comment.
