I was totally blown away by the outstanding service John provided. I was having trouble with my Mavic Free Hub. John’s unique method of contact using a scheduled voice or video call was really helpful. His charge of $30 for the call is well worth the investment. Often mechanics or other repairpeople get taken advantage of and provide essentially free services. My $30 was the best investment ever. He got me the right parts—fairly priced—and followed up. More importantly, the problem was solved and I am back on my bike. Thanks John!!
