Glow™ Outdoor LED Roller Skate Wheels

When my daughter got started, we bought cheap no-name skate wheels through Amazon. Those always lasted a month or two, and that was about it. These wheels last far longer (about six months) before we even needed to think about replacing them. The lighting effects are also far better than the cheapie Amazon wheels, very nice glow effect when in use. You get what you pay for, so don’t hesitate if you’re considering these!

The U.S. store in Florida is extremely unprofessional! I ordered one 4 pack of Bont Glow wheels in the Cherry Blossom color, and they were shipped in a bag, not in original packaging. I contacted the company to advise that the wheels were shipped outside of the original packaging and that one of the wheels was not glowing. I was advised to return them to the address listed. I asked about a timeframe for a refund and received no reply. I asked to provide a pre-paid return shipping label as I had already paid $14.00 to have a faulty opened package of wheels sent to me, and received no reply. I will never purchase from this company again, and I will now be purchasing Luminous glow wheels. I will also be advising all of my skate friends about my experience, including on social media. I am extremely dissatisfied with this entire customer service experience and disappointed in the product delivered.

I've already tried leaving this review, but I suspect it was filtered because it's not 5 stars. Love the grip and smoothness of the wheels. What I was really unhappy about is the look of them. It almost appears as though the manufacturer forgot to add the pink glitter, then dumped it in at the end and it wasn't mixed in.
