Mooney Jack Pads

Tow fitting design change.

The jack pads fit perfectly and installed without an issue. Removing them however became an issue. When they are removed, then pad bulb unthreads from the center insert thread. This leaves the insert installs without a sensible mechanism to extract it. I had to use vice grips each time to remove them. This caused a little damage to the exposed threads each time. A diagnosis change to include an internal wrenching slot for an Allen head to be inserted for removal would greatly reduce the damage.
