The most common Vans RVA attach point provides 3/8” engagement. Bogert Aviation's tow pin kit provides over 1” engagement. Screws are 3/8"-24 with an OD of 5/8".

Well made tow pins!
Excellent item. Extends the grip and leverage of the tow bar on the pivot point of the nose wheel assembly.

Perfect Length
While is the assembly is quite simple: a bolt, spacer and lock washer, some thought obviously went into determining the correct length. The bolt head winds up being very nicely flush with wheel pant.
