Great service and super quick turnaround

I had ordered this bit from another bitting supplier but after being told it would take 2 weeks to come it finally arrived after 3 weeks to only be the wrong width and I would have had to wait for it to be made up and sent over from NZ so another 3 week minimum wait. I contacted Trail Race as their website said they had the right size in stock… once bitten twice shy, they checked whether they had it in stock and then sent it out the same day I ordered it. Had it in my hand within 2 days (wish I had just ordered from them in the first place). Great customer service!
