We just got it hooked Wednesday so far everything looks good

Very pleased with the service and support provided by Josiah, Kelly, and Ashley! The original unit was purchased in November of 2024, but started to backwash constantly about a year later. We contacted customer support and went through the troubleshooting guidelines in the manual as well as additional instructions. After a few weeks of back and forth, a new unit was ordered to replace the malfunctioning one. This was a huge relief and I just wanted to mention these people by name, for their kindness.

Easy Installation

This installation was easier than I thought it would be. All items were in the boxes. Everything we needed to install was with the system, except T-couplers to splice into my specific water lines. Programming the date/time and backlist cycle was also simple.
