I would first like to say I love this company and their quality products at a reasonable price. I own 5 pairs of sunglasses 4 watches and 2 bracelets but I would like to talk about their customer service. I purchased a reserve automatic and there was some confusion on the clasp I thought it was a deployment clasp but it was a pin buckle clasp. The reason this is important is that I am an amputee with one arm so have a deployment clasp helps me enjoy the watch more. Vincero’s customer service offered me a metal push button clasp at no charge I really appreciate there efforts to help me. I will be a life long customer and would recommend there products.
