Belt Changing Tool Kit for Can-Am Maverick X3

It’s not the product that I have a problem with it’s the customer service! Box arrived torn open and part missing. Contacted Kemimoto and told them the problem. The agent told me that I would get a email within 48 hours from someone else. A week later. No email. I emailed them 3 times during that week. No answer. Can’t wait until Monday to tear them apart!!
