The duffel we ordered was delivered to the wrong address by Fedex. When we contacted Pack for Camp, they were very responsive and helpful and immediately sent us a replacement. The duffel looks like it's made well and is really big and a great color (we ordered the blue one). I can't write about the durability yet, since we just started using it.
