The Gentleman - Custom Pet Portrait

The ordering and review process was excellent. I sent along 4 different pictures and asked for the best suited one to be chosen to match the costume. The first version came back and already looked great, but I wanted a fix to the eye colour. They were extremely responsive and happy to do the next revision. I approved the second version and it shipped quickly. Packaging was good. Quality of the canvas was excellent. Gave this to my wife for her birthday and she was absolutely stunned. She loved it so much and we hung it that day right in the front hallway.

It was quick and painless. I was contacted within 24 hours voicing concerns that picture was slightly grainy and did I have another. I really appreciated that they wanted me to get the best outcome.
