I purchased these earrings as a 40th birthday gift for my girlfriend. I actually spent a considerable amount of time online looking for a new jewelry company that could meet her needs. For years we had worked with Tiffany's, but in the last year their service has become abysmal and as a lot of what you're paying for in Tiffany's is really the service, we decided we could no longer be their customers. But as we hadn't purchased any jewelry between our last Tiffany's purchase and her birthday, I felt tasked with finding a company that could deliver the same quality or better along with stellar customer service. So here we are with Noémie. My experience in ordering with them was perfect. They answered my questions in advance in a courteous and timely manner. The packages arrived quickly and beautifully presented. But at the end of the day, it was only going to be the quality of the pieces that mattered, and boy did they deliver in that department. The jewelry was stunning. I was elated and relieved, but they still needed to pass the girlfriend test. So the day of the birthday came and I nervously handed her the wrapped package.
