Good shoes, bad customer service.

I loved the shoes, I emailed twice the company because the fitting was not good. And they NEVER answered…. Considering the fact, that I love local shopping because of the customer service and the quality of the products, in this case I am relay not satisfied, so no the shoe don’t fit. And I will reconsider where I buy my future shoes.

These shoes are both beautiful and comfortable. The fit is a bit is on the looser side since I am a half size.
