I recently purchased a gift certificate by phone for my grandboys so that they might buy goodies for their new pet bunny. As I had not been in the store before (I live out of town) I wanted to make sure that there were items they would enjoy purchasing. I spoke with a young woman who was so helpful and kind- she even arranged for the gift card to arrive on their birthday! Love small town businesses… Thank you for your great customer service!!
