Beautiful bench with lovely personalization (and expertly packaged). Also, customer service was very helpful in submitting proofs of the design and was otherwise excellent!

For starters, communication was excellent. I was sent pictures to ensure it was what I wanted and it was quick. They sent me various examples so I could choose It was delivered on a timely fashion and , when opened, it was beautiful! Excellent work and exactly what I was looking for ! Thank you so much .
