Best Ajvar I’ve ever had!

I had never had ajvar before, so I cannot speak to the authenticity of this product. but it is very tasty and healthy. Reminds me of pimento cheese that I had had as girl but it has no cheese in. No dairy. Lots of umami flavor for not many calories or fat. I put it on dry toast, mix it with scrambled eggs, put it on sandwiches and use it instead of high sugar, high calorie ketchup in my meat loaf. I have given jars of it as a gift to friends and relatives, most of whom had never had ajvar. Everyone loved. it! I tried a couple of other brands, but this one was best. The hot version is good, just enough bite.
