Gyro Loaf

I have purchased this several times. I slice it into strips and then cook the strips. I like this better than the pre-sliced options because the pre-slice is very thin. I like a thicker piece. This is the best Gyro I have eaten, outside of Greece.

I have ordered these so many times I’ve lost count. Usually 12 to 18lbs at a time. They are easy to cut into 1.5 pound loafs for sealing and putting the freezer. Great tasting!!
