Fide (almost like vermiceli)

This is the authentic Greek Fide, which is used to make chicken augolemono. It is wonderful and really the most perfect for the soup. I use Fide like my mom used to. I tried rice but too heavy for such a light soup. The price is amazing, this is my thirds large purchase (12 packages) and I will continue to purchase. Again the price is amazing at Parthenon foods.
