These olives are the best. My family goes through them so fast. The taste is a perfect olive taste without the vinegar taste of other olives. They are not as salty as Italian dried olives I have eaten in the past. They are a perfect blend of olive and salt. Feta cheese, bread, tomato and these olives are one of my favorite meals.

Thassos olives

The olives are absolutely delicious. Fresh, wrinkled but not dried out. Not overly salty. Perfect any way you can think of to serve them.
