Perfectly wonderful

This was my first experience with lentils of any description. (Pretty amazing, considering I'm in my middle 70s!) But I bought red lentils and made a Middle Eastern lemony red lentil soup which turned out great on my very first try. The lentils I bought cooked up quickly and didn't get mushy, which was what I was afraid would happen. Great product! Highly recommended.
