Ginger & Hawaiian Chili Shrub

Delicious

My husband and I were trying to find a replacement for the typical cocktail hour beverage. 1 oz of shrub over ice with sparkling water and a twist of lime seems to do the job and... it's good for us. Go figure.

I first had a sample at Farmers Market and realized that this is good stuff. I find it delicious and salutory. I might start my day with a few teaspoons (give or take) in the insulated mug. I might drink half of it and finish the evening with the now cool drink. Refreshing. Good taste blend. I have not had refrig bereft of some for many years. And as far as I can tell, these are good folks.

Fabulous. My brother turned me on to these shrubs when I came out to California in August. By the time I got back to the East Coast, I was hooked. I’ve ordered 3 bottles since - everyone around here loves them as well!
