Bike had something bent in the crank brand new out the box. They did make it right and sent me a new crank assembly but I feel that’s something buyers shouldn’t have to deal with when they purchase a brand new 400$ bike. Now I have to fix my brand new bike I havnt even got to ride yet.

Never again
Poor interaction with social media person and just overall subpar experience. I know this will never be read or matter but I used to use your company to introduce people to bmx because of your excellent pricing and customer service. That's stopped
