The maternity belt definitely helps with lower back pain, especially if you are a lot on your feet. My back feels much more supported and I’m able to walk more. It’s easy to put on and adjust and it stays in place without rolling or sliding.
The downside is that it’s not very comfortable - I need to wear it over my clothes as the edges and Velcro are a bit scratchy and it presses on my bladder a lot. But if you only wear it for a couple of hours a day as recommended, that’s a small price to pay.

Simple and comfortable to wear, but mostly thank you so much to the customer service that I ordered wrong size which was not a problem for you and you sorted everything so quickly!
