very nice and balanced salad vinegar

i eat a lot of salad and the right salad vinegar is surprisingly hard to locate, a lot of 'flavored' vinegars are so harsh and artificial on the palate .... this vinegar is just what i was hoping to find ...it has a full and pleasingly complex flavor and adds much interest to greens and dried fruit and is suitable for everyday use at the table. I have used a lot of very expensive aged thick black sweet balsamic vinegars but the cost is excessive. This table vinegar is reasonably priced and suitably complex and i like it.
