Pitchers plate cracked upon arrival

Hello The pitchers plate was cracked on receipt of our mound. I reported it with a picture and was told another would be sent. Please let me know if you are still able to follow through on that. BTW, the mound is great. Nothing but compliments. Thank you.

This mound is well constructed and was shipped quickly. Mario was extremely helpful in making sure we got the mound we wanted shipped all the way across the country. The replaceable pitching rubber will come in handy in the future. Even though this mound is heavy, two adults can move this mound on and off the field.
