No Sprouting

Cute set up and concept. I attempted to start in February and nothing happened. I am still hopeful that I can do the suggestion on the instructions (but even those were confusing from the beginning, in my opinion).

Issue with this order as a gift

Unfortunately, i had a bad experience with modern sprout and their shipment. While i love their products, i would not recommend sending as gifts unless you have it shipped to yourself first. I sent 5 gifts out to colleagues. I placed separate orders for each, and paid shipping for each with a note expressing my gratitude. None of my recipients received my note or knew who it was from so i had to reach out to each of them to make sure they received the package and let them know it was from me. The element of surprise was lost. While this wasn’t the biggest deal (i could get over it) i did reach out to customer service regarding this and have not received a response. I would not recommend sending gifts through this company.
