Great customer service.

I ordered the wrong part.

I got an order in a timely manner. I wanted the seat post ferrule and some how I got the lever ferrule. I guess I need better glasses. It was unclear to how to order which part and I thought I was ordering all three. Maybe some day I will try again?

TranzX 2 Lever and cables

Works great and fits perfectly on my handle bars. I have a Trek and it looks like it was factory.
