This dye color is much lighter than the appearance in your photo. I would call the color light pinot (almost red) not maroon or burgundy. It’s significantly lighter than the burgundy Helm boots & shoes I intend to wear with the belt.

Great belt
I had purchased a couple of nylon belts that I liked a lot but decided to try a leather one. This is great! Very durable, comfortable, actually seems to work a bit better than the nylon ones. I am a big fan of Mission Belts. Great company, great service.

Belt strap
I went in to the store location in Orem Ut. The staff were great and helped me get the belt strap that I needed. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I love the mission belts they are the only belts I use. I have 8 of them.
