I-Spec EV clamp works great with XT 8100. Slightly expensive for what it is, but I'd recommend just waiting for a good sale to ease the pain

Wasn’t sure at first

I was hesitant bc of the mixed reviews but got the shimano Ispec adapter and it ended up putting the shifter right where I wanted it.

Different than pictures

The picture shows clamp, screw sets and small pieces. Only clamp was delivered. If this is clamp only, picture needs to show the part only. The picture mislead the people.
