Works great

Very well made with lots of cross straps to find the perfect place for your radio mic, etc., HOWEVER, it is WAY TOO LONG!! I am a 5’2” female and its so long the belt loop strap doesn’t reach without making the whole thing too high to stay on my shoulder. If customizing it makes it less adjustable, PLEASE offer this strap in different lengths for us short folks! I’m going to have to cut and restitch where it attaches to the buckle to shorten it to even make it usable.
