I got this for my sister she won't a hoodie on her Softie Lounge?But you don't have them anymore with Hooded . So I had to buy her this I hope she like it. FOOD FOR THOUGH. . . A lot of people like hoodie so there head keep warm while they are sleeping at night or running to the store. Bring it back.

What I liked about this Hooded Lounger is that it's so soft and comfy. I got the 2x-3X size because my regular size XL wasn't available. Glad for it, in fact, because it was a bit longer which was more preferable for me. Love that it has a kangaroo pocket. This lounger is absolutely wonderful and am glad that it was on sale! Great purchase!

Customer service horribe!!!! I have sent multiple emails and left two voice mails about how I used points for $20 credit and how it was not applied to final cost, yet deducted from my account. I have had 3 orders in the last 4 months. No adjustment to credit card or points added back to my account. Very frustrating!
