Richard Ergo-Grip Carbon Steel Joint Flex Knife 5"

Well built knife

I like the smooth and soft grip that is not squishy though. The corners are nice and sharp, but you can even file them down if they lose their point. It does have some flex to it, which is great when you need it.

I've been using Richard knives for, close to, 15 years now. Ergonomic. Smooth pull. I had the 5" stainless and completed my set with the 5"carbon. Love the extra flex.
