Useful, just not all the time.

Middle firmness (orange) unnecessary, you either can handle firm or need it soft, there's no real inbetween in that. Would be nicer if the trigger point tools were taller/longer, however which way to put it, to get the deeper muscles around your body. These are only really good for surface muscles like shoulders, scapula muscles and glute medial.
