The pairing of the thyme and white balsomic vinegar is a BOLD stroke of genius. Both hit the tastebuds a bit differently and then throw in to the ring the sweet start and sour and dry finish of the balsomic vinegar...it is an experience. I look forward to finding many uses for this wonderful product. And I also look forward to tasting others in the future.

This is the best balsamic vinegar ever!!! I keep ordering 6-8 bottles each time I run out because everyone loves my salad dressing and needs to have my recipe. I will then make them a mason jar of the dressing and gift them with a bottle of the vinegar. I am in California so that explains my large order as well.
