Since it was longer than expected, they offered a possibility to get a refund. That was appreciated but I couldn’t find that pull out spray anywhere so I kept my order

When our original (2009) Grohe metal pul-out spray unit stopped working after 13 years, the replacement from Faucet Express (plastic housing) lasted 3 years. I’m figuring these newer, knockoff models are good for about 3—so I got two this time. Cheaper than replacing the whole faucet. Glad that Faucet Express carrie’s them, plastic or not.
