Apricot Filled Kolachi Roll

One of my favorite Kolacki rolls. my grandparents had an apricot tree in their backyard and my father got me hooked on them as a child. I’’s hard to choose a favorite, because everyone I’ve tried is delicious. Lemon, blueberry, apricot, original, honey, walnut, pecan, chocolate, pecan, cranberry, walnut, apple, cinnamon, walnut and chocolate walnut would be all the delicious varieties that I’ve tried so far. Every variety was great. Like I said hard to pick a favorite.

This was absolutely delicious! My mom has said that no one made apricot roll as good as my grandma‘s. But she said this one was as good as my grandma‘s!

So very delicious! Like a pie but easier to eat. Freezes well and available to cut a fresh slice right from the freezer!
