Defective straps / hard to get to customer service

Shoes came in defective with the straps being put on the same side, each shoe. The exchange policy is super confusing and when I tried to call customer service there has been no response. My wedding is in 2 months and it’s pretty frustrating. These are the first pair of flats that fit and are appropriate and now I’m probably going to have to pay extra to get them fixed locally.

Return never processed

These shoes run small. I requested a return days after it arrived on account of the shoes being too small. I never received a follow up or return label when I attempted an exchange. Because of the time sensitivity with my wedding quickly approaching, I had to separately order another pair in a different size and have yet to be contacted or refunded regarding the pair that I've attempted to return.

Perfect

They were comfortable without even breaking them in!
