7 spice stickpacks

I was skeptical at first when these arrived as the package felt empty! However each pack contains about 1/2 tsp of a mix of spices highly concentrated which I add to my breakfast every morning. Really enjoy the added kick provided by the ginger. I didn’t know which spice extract to buy so by choosing the 7 spice version I get to have all of them !

Good addition to my regime

I take this with my vits in the in the morning and the turmeric in the evening. The refills are so handy and time consuming and mix well with a full glass of water. It definitely gifts me an energy lift first thing and I’m sure it aids my concentration!
