Confusion and mishandling.

The ring is beautiful and my daughter loved it. But there was some confusion about the order. Two days after placing the order and getting a confirmation email for it, I received an email stating the my order could not be filled (no reason given) and my money would be released by the bank within 2-3 days. The money was actually charged to my account, instead of being released and credited. I asked the bank to try to reclaim the cost and they started the process. When I received the ring weeks later it was a total surprise! I called the bank, trying to cancel the reclaim process. My daughter is keeping this ring and returning a substitute that I had purchased in its place. Wish that the “confusion” could have been avoided!
