Durable Fabric

I ordered the Olympus Poly Spandex for use in lounge bralettes. This fabric was exactly what I was looking for! It has wonderful stretch (50-70% in either direction) and is very durable. When needing to seam rip, I was careful to not RIP on the stitches and no needle marks were left behind. The bralettes I have seen are amazingly comfortable, absorbant, and supportive. They’re also MUCH cuter than anything I could find in my size online (large cup, small band). For the bralettes, I used the Mysa Bralette pattern by LilypaDesigns.

Great for leggings!

A pleasure to work with. This was easy to sew. Very soft! Enough compression for a great fit but still able to move freely. Squat proof!

Great feel, easy to sew

I made a pair of GS Sundial Leggings in this and it sewed up dreamy. Minimal slippage & easy to cut. These feel great on - the fabric is compressive & supportive but not uncomfortable. I do have the same "issue" or call out as the other reviewer, there is a burgundy/reddish tinge to the fabric when it is in sunlight. You can't see it out of direct sunlight, and it's not REALLY noticeable - but it definitely is there. Not sure if our fabrics are from the same dye lot and that might be why we both experience it or if it's a byproduct of this type of material. I would still buy again because it feels great on - but important call out if you're looking for a true pitch black fabric.
