Propolis Capsules - 500 mg

I wanted to order the 1 lb. container of the Propolis Powder, but was informed product would be Out of Stock until approx. November, so I ordered the 500 mg jar of capsules. I used to mix a Tbsp of Propolis Powder with a bottled water every morning. I hope 2 capsules a day will be sufficient.
