As a Valentine’s day surprise, I sent a small box of Raspberry Linzer tarts to each of my grown children who live/work in different cities. They and their partners both thoroughly enjoyed the delicious cookies, and I absolutely plan to order more in the future! The tarts have a nice texture, are not overly sweet, yet the raspberry filling is just sweet enough! My next order will expand to try the other varieties!
