Very disappointed with the service offered as Gift card. Why do you offer something that it doesn’t work? It was a wedding anniversary gift and the wife didn’t know who sent it or how much her husband loved her and what was written in the card and she won’t have this card to remember in the future. Also, where is the warranty? It didn’t even have a warranty card with the details of the product. Anyway, it was a very poor experience, we are very disappointed with the service and won’t buy with this cia again.
