Elegant Emperor !

This kit is absolutely gorgeous! The colours are so good and as always with EB, the charting is accurate. I have been looking at this stunning design for ages and when the grand sale was on, I just couldn't resist. Everything in the kit is such high quality, the wool, the canvas, the chart and instructions, it's all perfect. Thank you EB for constantly tempting us!

Another project to look forward to!

As I am currently struggling with the intricacies of the Morning Glory Trellis canvas, the prospect of eventually being able to move onto the Emperor with its brilliant colours and nice balance between background and detail stitching has definitely encouraged me to try to maintain some momentum with Morning Glory - I am sure the finished article will be lovely but am looking forward to the Emperor, which will be more my style of stitching - must confess to liking the relaxation of a stretch of background, amidst the complex detail!

The colours of this design are glorious. Much better than they appear on my computer. The quality of the printed canvas is so good that I can work without referring to the chart constantly which allows faster and more enjoyable stitching.
