I simply can’t recommend this pen enough! As a first fountain pen, it’s quite smooth and the perfect combination of not too wet/not too dry or scratchy for writing on Japanese papers like Hobonichi or Stalogy. Highly recommend to anyone that doesn’t have a Safari, Alstar or Vista yet. Add one to the collection! They’re a blast!

Wonderful pen. Love the broad nib with the permanent ink. It was a replacement for one used for drawing for many years. Also delighted with the great service from Laywine.
