Julius Caesar Pendant - Ancient Gold

I Love this along with the matching ring I wear them everyday and get nothing but compliments.

Love the product, but the customer service is severely lacking. I ordered two other products in a separate order, and I’ve yet to hear anything back from you guys. Cmon now! I really love your products but you guys really need to step up the customer service support.

I love my necklace. Big ancient history buff! Only complaint would be that when I opened the package, the plastic bag inside the velvet pouch had these raised bumps/marks. Looks like maybe the package was crushed in transport causing the necklace to imprint into the plastic bag. The front of the pendant has a spot on it where it looks like some of the paint was chipped off. The spot drove me crazy the first few days and I emailed the company 4 days ago I believe with no word back. Thankfully I've kind of gotten over it, but I do believe the packaging could be better due to the price of the product and risk of damage in transport. Other than that It's great. I chose express shipping. Necklace shipped on a Friday and I recieve it on a Tuesday. I just ordered the alexander necklace and I'm so excited to get it! I'll order the Marcus Aurelius one when it's in stock.
