Excellent book,very detailed and a good read. The price of the book was great but the cost of shipping to ROI at 17.95 euro is prohibitive I would buy more of your excellent books only for this

Very informative book on the Panhard / Eland

The book gave a good history of the Panhard / Eland. Having fought in a Operation Savanah (75/76) with 1SSB (South Africa) in the Eland 90s and Eland 60s (same body different turret configuration), it was interesting to see how many countries adopted the mobile weapon for their military. The vehicle itself was very versatile and reliable, the book reflects this and also the compact size. We know the enemy were petrified of the vehicle because in the bush they only saw it when it was too late. The book itself has a lot of history and varied usage of the vehicle and also the technical aspects of the vehicle. For those interested, it is a very worthwhile read.
