The bag took exceptionally long to arrive. When it did arrive it was quite a nice bag for the price. Customer service responded when I had questions.

Overall the bag looks good superficially and the size is great. However the leather has not been cured properly. The bag smells and the leather is stiff and looks unfinished. The tanning process and finish of the leather falls short. Because the leather smells the bag is not really useable. I am disappointed with the product
