Can't say enough about how satisfied I am with the quality of my chain and with the "above and beyond" philosophy of the customer service I received during my transaction. I initially purchased a 6mm Miami Cuban that was beautiful, but a bit small for my liking. The Cuban Link Upgrade Program allowed me to upgrade to an 8mm, only paying the difference in gold weight. This allowed me to comfort to make the right decision. I wore the 6mm for a week to make sure I wasn't making a rushed decision and sent it back once determining a larger size was desired. Received new 8mm two weeks later and couldn't be happier. Customer service was timely and patient throughout both chain orders and many email communications. Perfection in only 2 weeks! (8mm, 24 inch, 14k, customized box clasp, 126g)

I recently purchased my first ever cuban link chain, from some local jewelry store, to only have it stolen in Vegas a few weeks later. It was a 6.5mm, 22 inch, 14k, lobster clasp, weighed 55 grams and cost $5800. After that heartache I started doing research online for cuban chains, because I missed that feeling on my neck, and luckily found Las Villas. So I ordered from Las Villas online store a 8mm, 24 inch, 14k, box clasp customized with my initials, weighed 126 grams and it only cost $6100. That more than 230% more gold and only cost 5% more dollars! You can't find a better deal especially when you factor in the quality and quick delivery. I wasn't worried about quality because I never saw one complaint on any youtube reviews of Las Villas. My only concern was how long the reviewers said they had to wait for their orders, which was around 5 weeks for chains larger than 7mm since they are hand made. I was blown away when my order came in exactly 2 weeks after I made the order online. Las Villas is doing God's work!
